pacbiowdlR: Plotting DNA Copy Number Alterations from PacBio WDL Data

The **pacbiowdlR** package provides functions for visualizing copy number alterations (CNAs) from PacBio WDL pipelines. Its functions leverage **ggplot2** to create customizable plots.
